Walking With You

RaShaunda is the founder and facilitator of Journey of Grace: His Hands, Her Heart, a women’s Bible study community centered on connection, reflection, and empowerment. She is also a co-creator of the podcast Put It On A Shirt, where honest conversations around faith, relationships, and everyday growth invite listeners to move beyond routine and into intentional, lived-out practice.

At the heart of everything RaShaunda does is a simple but powerful belief: growth is a process, community matters, and meaningful progress comes from consistent, intentional steps over time, not perfection. Her work is rooted in grace, accountability, and the understanding that transformation happens when purpose and practice meet.

RaShaunda Fargo is a life coach, educator, and former mental health professional who is passionate about helping individuals live intentionally and grow with clarity and confidence. With a strong foundation in education and mental health, she brings a thoughtful, relational approach to coaching, leadership, and personal growth, one that honors both where people are and where they hope to go.

Currently working in education, RaShaunda supports students, mentors teachers, and walks alongside emerging leaders as they clarify their goals, build confidence, and take purposeful, aligned action. She is especially passionate about helping people expand their capacity—emotionally, mentally, and practically—so their lives can better reflect the depth of the potential they already carry. Her work is shaped by the belief that growth happens best in spaces where people feel supported, seen, and encouraged rather than pressured to be perfect.
